Support and Documentation
The easiest way to obtain support is to open a new ticket with the customer support service. This is offered to the owners of every license except the Basic type and can be accessed from the menu once registered and logged in.
Other sources of support include an Help File with the most relevant reference documentation, simple how-to and tutorials .
An help file with type reference documentation is contained within the DocktorUI installer that can be found on the Download Page.
A list of basic HowTos and more in depth tutorials explaining basic functionality and features or core mechanisms of the framework is available on the Tutorials Page.
